Sorry, it was a long weekend, and this is the best blog post I can come up with on short notice.
The statistics are in, and I don’t believe Tim Horton’s are giving us the straight facts on their “Roll Up The Rim”…
Garth Turner and I have exchanged barbs over our blogs in the past couple of months, but I honestly think Garth and I could be friends!
I think he misunderstands me, and in fact, he and I share some of the same views about the frustrating process of multiple offers…
I got about half-way through Monday’s blog post before I realized that there were far, far too many candidates for “Most Ridiculous Condo Name” to stop at just ten.
So without further ado, here are ten more, and #1 on this list is my #1 of all-time…
I just had to! It’s just too damn easy!
Every day, another developer thinks up a silly name for a condo, and I, for one, don’t think we should let them off the hook without laughing at their expense…
I’m sure architects have a more official term for the look, but “California Style” homes have been built here and there throughout our city.
But my question is: do they seem a bit out of place?
Ignoring the stupid condo name – “Home,” this is one of my favorite condos outside of the downtown core.
The design is exceptional, as you’ll see from the video below…
The lack of parking spaces being built in new downtown condos is becoming an issue for many buyers, as developers are only offering spaces to buyers who meet a certain price threshold.
It’s worse in China. Oh, it’s way worse…
