“A Day In The Life Of A Realtor”

16 08 2010

I couldn’t have said it better myself!

Plus, my animation and claymation skills aren’t what they used to be, so I’m glad I found this video to sum up all of my thoughts!

Okay, so maybe this video needs a PG-13 rating, but I’m sure we’ve all heard worse…

Private Rooftop Terrace!

4 08 2010

Here is a video I shot back in April that fell through the cracks.  For a self-described “terrace lover,” I have no idea how I didn’t immediately post this on my blog!

This is truly a one-of-a-kind condo in that the unit has it’s own private terrace, which just happens to be the roof of the entire building!

Happy Friday!

30 07 2010

My vacation actually started on July 19th, but I figured that a full two weeks of blog posts about Idaho & Wyoming might have got a little tiresome…

I’d like to conclude today with this video below of me at my finest moment at the end of my trip.

Don’t let the moustache fool you - that’s me, and I’m damn proud…

“Huntsman Springs”

29 07 2010

This was probably the most amazing golf course I’ve ever played.

It was truly world-class in every way, and the scenery couldn’t be beat.

But it should come as no surprise that the area is surrounded by unsold houses, and the entire venture is a failure waiting to happen, if you don’t believe that it’s already failed…

Driving To Jackson Hole…

28 07 2010

I suppose if you absolutely had to, you could pick your favourite city in the entire world.

But how about your favourite place?  I mean your very favourite spot?

Here’s a video I shot from my favourite spot in the world…

“Sagewood Sub-Division”

27 07 2010

How about Sagewood Estates?  Would that have sold more homes?

Or how about Sagewood Mews?  Even that sounds better…

On Ski Hill Road, there is a sub-division with five houses and room for another seventy.  It is my opinion that there will never be any more houses on the land that was supposed to contain the rest of the sub-division.

I feel bad for those five residents that live there now…

Maple Leaf Square

6 07 2010

Tomas Kaberle for Devin Setoguchi?  Straight up?  That’s a dream!

Wayne Gretzky is coming out of retirement to play for the Leafs?  That’s great news!

Oh, yeah - and there’s also these two massive condominiums that just opened outside of the Air Canada Centre, brought to you by the good folks at MLSE…

Glarring Deficiencies

23 06 2010

Four months into the occupancy phase, and this condo is far from complete.

If you’ve never seen what the common elements of a condo looks like during “occupancy,” perhaps this video will enlighten you…

Past The Due Date?

2 06 2010

This goes a little beyond expired milk, me thinks.

Every pre-construction condominium project in the city is delayed to some extent, but one project happens to be delayed and seems to be bragging about it…

Under The Bridge

22 04 2010

Awesome song by the Red Hot Chili Peppers, but also the title of this video I shot yesterday afternoon.

I just watched this again for the second time and it’s a little more agressive than I intended, but it gets my point across.

What started on Tuesday with the question, “Why would you buy a waterfront condo without a waterfront view,” has now morphed into a conversation about units next to the Gardiner Expressway that stare RIGHT at it…
