Last week, I attended the Annual General Meeting at a condominium for which I serve as Vice-President of the Board of Directors.
I sat in a half-empty room, and wondered how so many people could care less about the goings-on in their building.

It’s in a great area, it has great amenities, the layouts are fantastic, and the finishes are all upgraded.

This condo down the street from me has been “FOR LEASE” now for a total of three full months and the seller/landlord has yet to reduce the asking price. The condo is vacant and he is losing money.

Fashion House condos are selling in pre-construction for an average of $550 per square foot, and as high as $632.
But if the market is going up forever, then who cares….right?
