A Condo Three Times The Size Of The CN Tower!

A Condo Three Times The Size Of The CN Tower!

Do you believe it?  Could this actually happen?

It’s actually an old story, but I figured a nice follow-up to yesterday’s post about the CN Tower would involve a residential tower three times the size…

Welcome To Utah!

Welcome To Utah!

Welcome to Paradise!

This is paradise as I see it, and I hope you do too.  I got a bit carried away – sorry for the s-bomb, but it’s times and places like this that I feel as if part of the world is asleep at the wheel…

The Redstone “Community”

The Redstone “Community”

Here’s a visual depiction of what I was talking about during Wednesday’s blog post.

This short video shows both the gorgeous, sprawling community of Redstone, as well as the thousands of acres of farm land right next door…

Land, Ho!

Land, Ho!

On Tuesday afternoon, I drove through my old stomping grounds in Park City, Utah and saw what has become of the city I last visited in 2001.

Your Bachelor Pad – Is It As Nice As Tiger’s?

Your Bachelor Pad – Is It As Nice As Tiger’s?

Tiger Woods is moving into his new “bachelor pad,” and it got me thinking about exactly what criteria must be present in order to call it a “bachelor pad.”

What is the age bracket?  How about the size of the property?  And more specifically, what, um, “uses” are permitted?

I want my new bachelor pad to be just like Tiger’s…

$9,500 Per Square Foot

$9,500 Per Square Foot

This past Saturday, I showed a condo at Soho Street to two clients of mine: one was my friend Brad, and the other was me.  You might think it was awkward or perhaps a conflict of interest that I took a client to see a condo that I was also interested in, but as Brad said himself, “We’ll just see who can count higher…”

The condo is priced at $688 per square foot – a price that I’m simply not willing to pay, and not going to allow my clients to pay.

But the following article and video about “London for the Super-Rich” makes this property on Soho Street look pathetic by comparison…
