I could be talking about the girl that got away, or maybe the chance of a lifetime. Perhaps it’s the job or maybe even the really big fish that I had on my line but I tried to reel it in too fast and it got away.

Today I’d like to finish this installment with a look at some of the oldest, most obscure, or pre-construction condos in the St. Lawrence Market neighbourhood.
How about a building that is thirty years old? What about a condominium that most people walk by without knowing it’s there? And what is happening with new developments like Vu and King East Lofts?
I’m sure many buyers wouldn’t like to be living in a building lumped in the “OTHER” category, but as I said yesterday - this isn’t necessarily an indication of the building’s worth.
Here are seven more condos in the St. Lawrence Market neighbourhood that for various reasons aren’t nearly as popular as the condos I wrote about yesterday.
Some of these only have 1-2 units come up for sale in a year, while some have dozens for sale but just aren’t as nice a locale to call “Home”…
People constantly tell me that I spell “neighbor” wrong since I use the American spelling with no “u.”
I’ve also been told that I have NEVER written a dedicated post about the condos that exist specifically in the St. Lawrence Market neighbourhood.
I’m going to change both of those things today…

I’d hate to disagree with The Donald, since he is clearly an astute real estate investor and wig-wearer, but I’m on pins and needles as I wait to see what happens with this downtown condo which is holding back offers for……wait for it….twenty-four days!
That’s over exposure in my mind, and I have a few thoughts on how this will negatively affect the condo’s sale price…
