It was friendly sarcasm... and I really do hope you write one like this every week. :)

Ouch! That was a harsh response! My sarcasm detector was ringing off the hook when I read that...

I've actually never been formally trained in the use of commas or hyphens - most of my formal training is with respect to arts involving nunchucks, finger-painting, or trapping live raccoons.

I *have* met somebody who doesn't know how to have fun!! OMG!

Have you ever been formally trained in the use of commas? I was personally studying the use of commas during my three years at college. Now, the hyphens are also a problem here. I suggest you consult the book Eats, Shoots & Leaves, which can make grammar tons o' fun!

From what I understand, your work holiday parties may or may not (that's may or may not) extend into dinner and sometimes even breakfast. Am I correct?

I'm not entirely sure what this insight into you personal life is supposed to demonstrate or how it relates to real estate, but I quite enjoyed reading about how realtors spend their days at the bowling alley becoming heavily inebriated. In fact, I enjoyed so much that it would make me supremely happy to read a post like this EVERY Friday. It was the perfect way to cap off the week.
