While not every condominium unit in Toronto has a terrace, let alone a 450 square foot patio, most condos have at least some outdoor space.
Still, others don’t.

Patio, terrace, balcony—you name it.
In my opinion, this is the most important feature of a condominium, whether a $250,000 unit or over $1,000,000.
